I like to think that every storm cloud has a silver lining. Mine would forever change my handbag, wallet and life!

Mine is a well known story: girl falls in love, girl gets her heart broken, girl turns to retail therapy to mend her heart.  In my case, I learned that no amount of clothes or shoes could heal my broken heart.  And before I knew what hit my bank account, my wallet was in ruins - stuffed to the seams with receipts, store cards and more.

I needed a new system.  Frustrated that I couldn't find a sleek wallet that would organize my receipts – and stay slim and trim - I decided my next round of retail therapy wouldn't be at a boutique, but at a craft store where I purchased supplies to create the first version of my idea that would combine a hidden organizer and wallet inside a chic clutch.

As I used my new creation, a funny thing began to happen...women started to approach me, opening their handbags to reveal overstuffed wallets, bulky cardholders and tattered envelopes filled with receipts – and each wanted to know where she could find her own clutch-turned-chic organizer.  After watching the way women work, shop, and take care of their families, a spark went off and I decided to embark on a journey to change the way women organize their wallets and handbags - and hopefully simplify their lives.

My attempt to nurture a broken heart led me in a direction I couldn’t have anticipated and after traveling around the world to develop my product, the process of pursuing my idea became my silver lining.  And my hope is for you to always find yours...
