Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

The item must be returned in unused condition with its original accessories, original packaging and paperwork to ensure credit.

  • A refund will be processed to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 7 days of our receiving the returned order.
  • Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • We are not able to refund or credit items received after 14 days.
  • A $7.50 restocking fee will apply on all return sale items

Directions for Returning an Item

To return items purchased online, please follow these steps:

  1. Detach the top of your invoice and keep it for your records.
  2. Complete the Reason for Return form on the invoice.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all accessories and paperwork. All items must be returned in complete and unused condition to ensure credit.
  4. Enclose the bottom perforated portion of your invoice with the item. If you can not send your invoice, please include their order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).
  5. We recommend you use a traceable shipping method that will allow you to track your package. We cannot be responsible for lost shipments if a traceable method is not used for return shipping. All return shipping charges must be prepaid since our warehouse cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Damaged or Defective Items

We apologize if you received a full priced item that was damaged or defective. Please call our Customer Service Department before returning the item.

  • We will gladly cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect. If you do not contact us, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Return Status

  • Return times can vary depending on the shipping method chosen when sending the return.
  • We recommend that you send it by a traceable method. This will allow you to know exactly when the item is received at our warehouse.
  • It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed once the return is received.
  • It may take 1 to 2 business cycles for the credit to appear on your statement depending upon statement cut-off timing.
  • To exchange an item purchased from www.avamaistrellis.com, you need to place a new order and return your original purchase.
